Grapevine, TX: An argument at a girl’s 16th birthday party in Grapevine late Saturday night ended with the child's father shooting her mother and then killing himself, according to police. Kelly Suckla, 43, shot his 44-year-old wife Kristi near the front door of her parents’ home in the 3100 block of Creekview Drive just after 10 p.m. on Saturday. Baltimore, MD: Police charged a man Sunday in the stabbing death of his wife in Baltimore on Friday, just hours after he had been released from jail on other charges involving the victim. Investigators said Darren Ruffin, 47, stabbed Melissa Davis, 44, during an argument in the 300 block of East North Avenue about 11:49 p.m. Friday. Davis died at the scene. Pocatello, ID: The body of 23-year-old Bannock County resident Angelea Schultz, who had been reported missing on Jan. 6, has been recovered by search crews. She was found about 6:30 p.m. Friday after two days of digging up a frozen parcel of land west of the Fort Hall townsite in an area where recent construction on a septic system had taken place. Chicago, IL: A Northwest Side man accused of killing the woman he lived with by dousing their apartment with gasoline and setting it on fire knew she’d been cheating on him, a prosecutor said Sunday. Gregorio Carmona, 35, is charged with first-degree murder and aggravated arson for the death of Claudia Martinez-Rayo. Judge Adam Bourgeois Jr. ordered him held without bail. Gibson was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with murder. The man accused of killing the three bought the gun that he allegedly used just hours earlier and only one day after he and one of the victims had a court hearing in a dispute over custody of their son. Thomas Infante, 60, was arrested about 1 a.m. at the couple's West Covina home and booked on suspicion of killing Charita Tolentino, 57.
