Salem, OH: An on-again, off-again relationship ended Wednesday with 32-year-old Samantha L. Shasteen found dead in her Oak Street home and 34-year-old Mason M. Feisel charged with her murder. Salem Police Det. Riverview, FL: Hillsborough County Sheriff's homicide detectives launched an investigation Wednesday morning after an 18-year-old girl was shot and killed at a local mobile home park. Detectives say they got a call around 7:00 Wednesday morning about gunshots heard from a mobile home at the Pinewood Mobile Home Rentals along Highway 301. Boardman, OH: A Boardman woman accused of fatally stabbing her live-in boyfriend on Tuesday pleaded not guilty to a murder charge on Thursday. Tequila M. Haskins, 28, remains at the Mahoning County Jail on a $250,000 bond. She is due back in Mahoning County Boardman Area Court on July 16, but she likely will be indicted by a grand jury before that. Haskins, of 812 Moyer Ave., told police she fatally stabbed Brian E. Sullivan was moving out of her Shoreview home Tuesday morning when she was apparently killed by her live-in boyfriend, a scenario that has played out at an alarming rate in the Twin Cities this year. Sullivan, 57, and her boyfriend of several years, Johnny L. Simpson, 65, were both dead at the scene from gunshot wounds when sheriff’s deputies arrived at their home in the 5900 block of Grotto Street at 9:58 a.m. Two others were wounded. Greenville County Deputy Jonathan Smith said a 911 call led authorities to a home on Brown Street in Taylors just after 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. Regan Jolley, 33, was strangled to death according to the Spokane County Medical Examiner. The Medical Examiner released autopsy results Thursday. The Daily Herald of Everett reports that Jacoba Ramirez Rodriguez died Sunday. Sheriff's spokeswoman Shari Ireton said Monday that the woman's estranged husband, 32-year-old Oscar Garcia-Pacheco, remains in the county jail, where he was booked for investigation of attempted murder. Steve Turner, special agent in charge for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation office in Thomasville, said that Fousto Gonzales, 36, and Virginia Gonzales, 35, were involved in an altercation at their home at 1498 C.S. South Bend, IN: Local prosecutors aren't releasing details about why a man was arrested but released from jail without being charged three days before he stabbed his 6-year-old daughter to death, despite a protective order. Edward Mwaura, 33, was arrested early Thursday morning after his wife, 32-year-old Lucy Mundia, called police to complain that he came to her apartment at 4252 Irish Hills Drive in violation of a protective order, police and jail records show. Mwaura was booked into the St. Joseph County Jail about 7:30 a.m. and released about 1:30 p.m., according to jail records.
